Our team
Meet the team behind your wedding
Viva Destination Weddings is part of the wider Viva Travel team, so although you’ll have your own dedicated wedding contacts, there’s a whole team working together behind the scenes, from the initial planning and resort arrangements to looking after your guests and preparing all the travel documents.
Mandi
Destination Wedding Specialist & Lead Planner
Your main point of contact, with over 20 years specialising in destination weddings, more than 40 years in travel and more than 75 visits to Fiji. Mandi is also an authorised marriage celebrant, so she understands the ceremony and legal side as well as the planning.
Debra
Wedding Guest Travel Specialist
Meet Debra, your guests’ go-to person for all things travel! From flights and accommodation to transfers and bookings, she helps make getting everyone to your destination wedding easy and stress-free. With Debra taking care of the travel details, your guests can focus on celebrating your special day.
Kieran
Wedding Operations & Supplier Coordinator
Meet Kieran, the helping hand behind the scenes. Working closely with Mandi, he takes care of resort contracts, wedding suppliers and all the important details that bring your special day together. While you may not hear from him often, he’s always working to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Matt
Travel Documentation & Administration
Meet Matt, the person making sure everything is ready before you take off! From preparing itineraries and travel vouchers to organising important documents, he takes care of the final details so you and your guests can travel with confidence and focus on enjoying the celebration.
